WEEK 5 · 2026

The Story

Week 5
Five weeks in and we've got a genuine two-horse race at the top — Ja'Marrch of the Penguins and Mr Slippyfist are both 5-0, but Kyler Scullen is lurking at 3-2 with the highest points total in the league (800.92) and back-to-back 170+ point performances that say the record doesn't tell the whole story. The trade market has been lively early: Slam-I-Am-69 landed Kyren Williams for picks in Week 1 and is clearly winning that deal, while the Justinian Dynasty-Mr Slippyfist pick swap (three 2027s for Carson Wentz, now cut) looks like a fascinating long-game bet that arougeot is already cashing in on with a three-game winning streak. Down at the bottom, Todd's Coke(r) Fiends are doing Todd things — 63.8 points in Week 5, a 1-4 record, and enough waiver wire churn to make your head spin — while Takes Juwan to know Juwan sits at 0-5 and is looking for literally anything to go right. The playoff picture is far from settled, and with several teams in the 2-3 to 3-2 range all separated by a handful of points, the next few weeks are going to hurt somebody.

@Slam-I-Am-69was #1

5-0, 796 points for, and a demolition of Miller Time in Week 5 to the tune of 171.4 — Slam is the class of the league right now and it's not particularly close. The Kyren Williams acquisition in Week 1 (RIP to whoever gave that up) is paying dividends, and with CeeDee Lamb, Jonathan Taylor, and Kyren all churning out starter points, this roster is deeper than it looks on paper.

Receipt · Week 4

“The only undefeated team AND the league's highest scorer at 624.”

@fatherofbenwas #4

The highest points-for total in the league at 800.92, and back-to-back 170+ weeks culminating in a 173.5-63.8 beatdown of Coke(r) Fiends — fatherofben is cooking. Josh Allen at the helm of a SF league is almost unfair, and a supporting cast of Nico Collins, Matthew Golden, and Bucky Irving gives this team multiple scoring avenues every single week.

Receipt · Week 4

“Dropped two in a row before exploding for 176.”

Also 5-0, and the starting lineup KTC value here is genuinely terrifying — Jahmyr Gibbs at 9,999, Amon-Ra, Egbuka, and a young Denzel Boston means the ceiling is sky-high for years. The Week 4 squeaker against I Believe in Harvey (101.3-97.9) is a little concerning, and that negative trend (-11.3 below season average over recent weeks) is worth watching, but 5-0 is 5-0.

Receipt · Week 4

“Still 4-0, but that Wk4 squeaker — a 101.”

04
@lmillz89was #2

4-1, trending up (+7.5 above season average in recent weeks), and the only blemish is a Week 5 loss to the league's top team — there's no shame in that. Joe Burrow and Zay Flowers are a fun combo in SF, Colston Loveland at TE is a sneaky dynasty asset, and Bhayshul Tuten at RB gives this team legitimate upside if Jacksonville ever figures out they have a good running back.

Receipt · Week 4

“Also 4-0 and riding a three-week scoring surge — 129, 156, 159 — with a trend sitting nearly 6 points above season average.”

@dougmwongwas #6

I'm going to rank myself fifth and immediately regret it. Yes, I'm 3-2, yes I bounced back with a 155.6 against Kayes of Thunder in Week 5, and yes JSN, Brock Bowers, and Malik Nabers are genuinely elite — but this roster falls off a cliff after the top three and I know it. Tetairoa McMillan and Marvin Harrison need to figure it out if this team is actually going to matter in December.

Receipt · Week 4

“I'm going to put myself sixth and I fully expect to hear about it.”

@ajaxecleswas #5

AJ is managing the heck out of this team — rotating Hunter Henry in and out, flipping kickers, churning the DEF spot — and yet the results are sliding (105.1 in Week 5, back-to-back losses). Purdy, Mahomes, Garrett Wilson, and Olave is a real core, but Kittle and Mike Evans are both 33 and the roster depth behind the starters is thin; the house of cards metaphor is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

Receipt · Week 4

“AJ is managing the heck out of his team — 3-1 record, but the second-lowest starter KTC value of any playoff-contending squad at 39,328.”

07
@arougeotwas #9

Three straight wins including a 147.4-82.2 thumping of I Believe in Harvey in Week 5, and that recent trend of +11.3 above season average is the best in the league right now — arougeot is quietly sneaking back into the conversation. The trade that sent future picks to Mr Slippyfist for Carson Wentz (now dropped) looked rough early, but Tyler Warren, De'Von Achane, and Breece Hall give this team a real floor if the QB situation stabilizes.

Receipt · Week 4

“The Wk4 win — a 110. 9-109.”

08
@Teeeeeeeeeeeemwas #8

Bijan Robinson at 9,996 KTC is the dynasty anchor here, and Carnell Tate, Luther Burden, and Omarion Hampton form one of the most exciting young WR/RB trios in the league — this roster has legitimate upside in 2026 and beyond. The 2-3 record stings, and trading away a 2028 2nd and 2027 3rd to Todd's team for Drew Lock feels like a strange price to pay for a QB room that already had Jordan Love, but the long game looks promising.

Receipt · Week 4

“Teem is 2-2 but trending in the right direction — up 4.”

09
@aaron4realwas #7

Lamar Jackson is sitting on the bench — on the BENCH — in a SF league while Tyler Shough gets the start, and that alone explains a lot about this 2-3 squad's inconsistency. James Cook and George Pickens are legitimate pieces, but the roster trend is -8.4 below recent average and that Week 5 loss to Critical Gase Theory (96.7 points, ouch) has to sting.

Receipt · Week 4

“Aaron is 2-2 with three straight weeks in the 124-128 range — consistent, but consistently just enough, and his trend has dipped 4.”

10
@BertReynoldswas #12

The dynasty bones are excellent here — Drake Maye, Ashton Jeanty, Parker Washington, and Ladd McConkey is a core that'll be relevant for the next half decade — but a 1-4 record is a 1-4 record. The encouraging sign is that 155.3-point Week 5 blowout of Takes Juwan to know Juwan, and with a positive recent trend of +5.1 above season average, BertReynolds might be figuring out his lineup.

Receipt · Week 4

“Bert is 0-4 and has been outscored by a league-worst 184.”

11
@eddiemac0was #11

The 122.1-105.1 upset over House of Cards in Week 5 was a nice bounce-back, and eddiemac0 is trending upward (+6.2 above season average) — but this roster's KTC depth is genuinely the weakest in the league, and Christian McCaffrey at 30 years old isn't getting any more durable. Jalen Hurts and Bo Nix in SF is fine, but without elite skill-position talent surrounding them, this team is playing with a short runway.

Receipt · Week 4

“Eddie is 1-3 with the second-worst point differential in the league at -108.”

12
@jvcnnllwas #10

This is the cruelest situation in the league: the starting lineup KTC value here is the highest among the bottom half of the standings, with Puka Nacua, Caleb Williams, Trey McBride, Drake London, and Harold Fannin all legitimate dynasty assets — and yet the team is 1-4 with a -8.3 recent trend and a brutal 82.2-point Week 5 collapse against Justinian Dynasty. Something isn't clicking, and RJ Harvey as your best RB option in a half-PPR SF league is a tough hand to play.

Receipt · Week 4

“Harvey is 1-3 and has averaged just under 97 points over his last three weeks — a trend that's cratered 10 points below his season average.”

13
@Todddddddwas #13

Todd. TODD. 63.8 points in Week 5 against Kyler Scullen — that's not a football score, that's a bowling score for a bad bowler. The good news is that Todd did receive a 2028 2nd and a 2027 3rd from Substation Squad in Week 2 for future draft capital, so the rebuild is theoretically in motion; the bad news is that Jeremiyah Love is currently the only player on this roster I'd genuinely trust in a meaningful game.

Receipt · Week 4

“Todd is 1-3 and somehow lost to Justinian Dynasty by 1.”

14
@dpiperwas #14

0-5 and a points-against total of 715 — the schedule has not been kind, but neither has the roster, which is anchored by Jayden Daniels and a collection of RBs (D'Andre Swift, Rhamondre Stevenson) who are fine-ish in real life and merely okay in dynasty. The loss to Q A-Johnston in Week 5 (109.2-155.3) was the latest chapter in a rough debut season; dpiper needs some wins and some luck, roughly in that order.

Receipt · Week 4

“Juwan is 0-4, last in PF at 393. 22, and has been outscored 166.”
