1. Acceptance
By using danaburgerdynasty.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. The site is operated by the commissioner of the Dana Burger Dynasty League, a private 14-person fantasy football league on Sleeper. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Who the site is for
The site is a private utility for members of the Dana Burger Dynasty League. It is not a commercial product, does not sell advertising, and does not market services to the general public. Read-only access to league pages may be available to anyone with the URL.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access administrative areas you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to scrape, mirror, or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes.
- Submit content (in messages, email replies, or any input field) that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes another person’s rights.
- Use the site or its messaging in any way that violates the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
4. SMS notifications
If you have opted in to receive SMS draft alerts, by continuing to receive those messages you agree that:
- You consent to receive SMS messages from danaburgerdynasty.com related to active fantasy football drafts in the Dana Burger Dynasty League.
- Message frequency varies; expect approximately two messages per draft pick during an active draft window, and no messages outside of an active draft.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

5. Third-party data
The site displays data sourced from third parties, including Sleeper (league standings, rosters, draft state) and KeepTradeCut (dynasty asset values). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of that data. NFL player names, team marks, and statistics are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to render the experience of a private fantasy league.
6. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” The commissioner makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Live data may lag, fail, or be incorrect; do not rely on this site as your sole source of truth for league activity.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the commissioner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. The site’s purpose is recreational; nothing here constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice.
8. Account access
Administrative areas (newsletter editor, subscriber management, power-rankings generator, draft-alert configuration) are password-protected and reserved for the commissioner. Unauthorized access attempts may be logged and acted on.
9. Termination
The commissioner may suspend or terminate access to any feature of the site at any time, with or without notice. You may stop using the site at any time. You may unsubscribe from email or SMS without ending your use of the rest of the site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the commissioner resides, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
